Fancy going a bit further afield? Both Manchester City Centre and Cheshire Oaks are less than an hour from your front door!

Leisure

For the sports fans, Aintree Racecourse is just a short drive from Summerhill Park, as is the home of Liverpool FC and Everton FC – Anfield Stadium and Everton Stadium – so you can keep up with all the fixtures and races easily.

Living on the outskirts of a city like Liverpool provides so many opportunities for exploration. Local and regional bus services are also easily available from Summerhill Park, so you can explore Maghull and surrounding areas for around £5 per day and hop on and hop off as you see fit!  

Summerhill Park is also close to the M57 and M58 meaning that the North West and further afield can be easily unlocked thanks to its proximity to the motorway system.
